It is a completed hull and superstructure (with all frames, etc), wheelhouse with windows, wipers and some deck hardware. It was produced by Colvic for the customer to fit out themselves. All of the internal space is currently useable, from stem to stern with a spacious rectangular plan.

Inside, there is no old interior, etc. to remove as it has never been put in and therefore saves time and resources for a new modern interior. She can be split into cabins, aft cabin added, etc. to turn this into a studio or one bedroom sized living space if desired.

Outboard engine or an electric propulsion system can be fitted to further preserve all internal space as accommodation. A ‘swim platform’ extension can also be added to her transom.
