Most of these 26 foot Colvic were self builds, this was certainly one, it was built by an elderly gent who sadly passed away a year ago, he was the only owner abd regularly crossed the Thames and Welsh sees .
I bought this to strip it right out and start again but my issue is my other small ship is taking a lot of my unpaid time.
I could strip and build this Colvic for you but this price I’m selling at is to get it moved within two weeks.
You can not stay in it where it is and it can not go in water to live in the way it is, I’m being honest by telling you the gent who passed away a year ago meant that no one attended the boat and water ingress destroyed every bit of wood.
I have had it lifted and all lose timbers ripped off it to get it lifted and delivered to your destination at your cost unless your local .
Current location is Swansea .
Look at it as a shell ready to build off, has a outboard bracket and will need a helm.
I can advise on building materials or take it to any stage but obviously not for free.
It has no engine but does have a shaft and stern tube in place .
Would make a beautiful cruising live aboard with its shallow draft .
