Description

This solid and stable Colvic Countess 28 was launched in 1981 and is moored on Lake Windermere.
Re-engined with a Sole Mini 26 3 cyl diesel.

This yacht comes with full suit of sails including 2 main sails, 2 genoas and cruising chute.

Hull and engine in good condition, however some interior woodwork requires replacement. Electrically, the cabin lights and radio work, however an electrical upgrade will be required in the future. Likewise gas and water systems are fitted, but are not in regular use and would benefit from upgrade.

A large yacht for 28' with standing headroom, a double V berth and double saloon berth as well as sofa and pilot berth, all upholstery in good condition. A good size galley and sink and ample space to prepare food.

We have owned this yacht for over 10 years, kept on top of the maintenance and had many lovely holidays, only selling due to change in family circumstances.
This is a great boat to sail and for holidays on Windermere and would benefit from a practical owner who can refresh the interior.
